AK: FILTER-MAX has been in existence for 12 years. What were the beginnings?

Jack Zhang: We started exactly in 2010, when in a small room, only a few people made their first steps on the filter market – yes, it’s been 12 years and “only” 12 because our plans and ambitions go much further. It is worth mentioning that from the initial stage of development, our company – although small – boasted a rich warehouse assortment, competitive prices and professional service. From the very beginning, these three factors have been the company’s motto and an inseparable priority for further years of its development.


AK: What is the present day like? Is there anything to be proud of?

Jack Zhang: In 2022, the company has approx. 95 employees in five dynamically functioning and developing departments: accounting, administrative, commercial, marketing and warehouse. We have our own building, consisting of an office and warehouse space, social rooms and a modern conference room. In total, our headquarters at Qufu city occupies approx. 6 thousand. sq m. In May 2013, we implemented the ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system for the distribution of filter for construction and agricultural machinery, which we maintain until today.

Our company has been regularly distinguished and awarded for several years. In 2017, the FILTER-MAX was included in the “GOLDEN EXPORTER 2017” ranking of the most dynamically developing companies in China, in the Shandong Province. It is an extremely important distinction for us. In order to be on the list of winners, the company must meet high requirements, including demonstrate profitability, lack of payment arrears, or a positive financial result.

Our “achievements” also include “QUALITY CERTIFICATE”, “Business Fair Play” certificates obtained in 2018 and 2019.

2022 for our company is marked by new investments – with its beginning, the expansion of the building with an office part began. Additional space will be used for new offices for traders.

The plan for the coming years is invariably the expansion of the warehouse assortment, the acquisition of new customers, both domestic and foreign, and a regular increase in sales.
